Eugene Kenneth Ketchen, 80, of Oakland, Maine passed on May 15, 2026, of declining health at Gray Birch LTC in Augusta, Maine.

He supported local sports teams, most frequently he could be found at Colby College cheering on the hockey teams. A lobster dinner down in Boothbay Harbor was his favorite meal.

Eugene was predeceased by his brother John, father Kenneth, and mother Blanche.
