David V. Griffiths, 87, of Skowhegan, passed away on Saturday January 28, 2017 at his home in Skowhegan, Maine. He was born in England on September 7, 1929 and immigrated to the USA in 1956. He is survived by his wife Edna of 64 years of Skowhegan; his son Wesley and his wife Norma of Bradford, Maine; his grandson Jonathan and his granddaughter Jennifer and her husband Jesse Waltman; two great-grandchildren Oscar and Aurora and Wesley is on the way; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. Friends and family may visit for a time of remembrance from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday February 4, 2017 at the Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, Maine.
